Tiffany is a Korean-American fashion designer with experience across both the fashion industry and fashion education. As adjunct faculty at Parsons School of Fashion BFA program, she leads emerging fashion designers in refining their design ethos and concept development through multidisciplinary approaches grounded in technical craft and fashion skills.

Fostering meaning, connection, and humanity is at the core of her design practice, shaped through communities, co-design, cross-industry collaboration, and storytelling to create inclusive and imaginative explorations. She believes in the power of design to move people deeply and make a lasting mark which drives her to place people and their lived experiences at the core of all design processes.

Tiffany has shaped her career with intention, working across global fashion houses, high-end small design houses, and small business start-ups to build a deep, layered understanding of the industry at every scale. Moving between these spaces has sharpened her systems thinking through both the structure of large fashion corporations and absorption of everything hands-on in intimate ateliers, grounding her approach in material sensitivity, craft, and an ability to translate ideas across scales - from concept to garment, and ultimately to how it is worn on the body.

As Educational Director at Open Style Lab (OSL), she leads multidisciplinary professionals in applying inclusive design within their fields, with a focus on co-design and creating greater agency for people with disabilities. OSL is a Smithsonian National Design Award-winning 501(c)(3) non-profit creating a more inclusive future through design education. The Design Impact Fellowship in 2024 was featured in the V&A Museum in 2024-25, and the outcome from fellowship 2025, the Accessible Footwear Kit, has been shortlisted for the Drapers Footwear Awards July 2026.

For Tiffany, design is a beautiful medium of connection to others and to the self where each new season of life allows for new interpretations of heritage. Design can also help realize the unseen and unknown, and bring meaning and joy in unexpected ways.

Tiffany believes it is a beautiful gift to behold and steward such ways of expression and creativity.
